Shipping Policy
Effective: September 22, 2026
Spartan Peptides ships orders within the United States only, using major national carriers. If your payment is confirmed before 2:00 PM Pacific on a weekday, your order goes out that same day. Standard shipping is $8.95, and orders of $200 or more get free expedited shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged once per order, and you’ll see the exact amount at checkout. Transit time starts when the carrier picks up your package, not when you place the order. We pick the carrier for each order based on your address and the shipping speed you choose.

Free expedited shipping kicks in automatically at $200. That’s based on your subtotal after any discount codes and before tax. Need it faster? Express Shipping is still available at the regular rate, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Our rates follow current carrier pricing, including temporary fuel and peak-season surcharges. Whatever rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.
Order Processing and Dispatch Cutoff
Order before 2:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday, and once payment is confirmed it ships the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, over the weekend, or on a carrier holiday ship the next business day.
You’ll get two emails from us. The first confirms your order, and the second includes your carrier and tracking information once it ships. If you pay by ACH or e-check, we ship as soon as the payment clears.
Every so often an order needs a quick verification check before it ships, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If that happens, we’ll email you, and the order ships the same business day it’s approved.
Where We Ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, P.O. Boxes included. Orders going to a P.O. Box ship with a carrier that delivers to P.O. Boxes. We don’t ship internationally.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories usually take a few extra days, and Express Shipping may take longer than 1 to 2 days to reach those areas. We may also cancel and refund an order headed somewhere local law restricts the sale or receipt of research compounds.
Packaging and Product Condition in Transit
Our peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. In that form they stay stable at room temperature through normal transit, so standard orders don’t include cold packs.
Each vial is cushioned to keep it from breaking, and the outer box is plain, with no product names or descriptions on it. When your order arrives, store each item as directed on its product page.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we’ll email you the carrier name and your tracking number, with a link to follow the package. Give the carrier 24 to 48 hours to post the first scan. You can also check the order in your Spartan Peptides account.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control can slow things down. If something does go wrong, contact us:
- Damaged, missing, or wrong items: Email support@spartanpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the box and what’s inside.
- Tracking hasn’t moved: If there’s been no update for 10 business days, let us know and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
- Marked delivered but not there: Check with your neighbors, building office, or the carrier within 3 business days, then reach out to us. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, risk of loss passes to the purchaser.
We look at every claim individually and decide on a replacement or refund from there. You’ll find the full terms in our return and refund policy.
Address Accuracy, Changes, and Cancellations
Please double-check your shipping address before you check out, since we ship to exactly what’s entered. Need to change the address or cancel? Email us before the order ships. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.
If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed P.O. Box pickup, we’ll gladly send it again once a new shipping charge is paid.
Holiday Schedule
We don’t ship on these federal holidays, and most carriers don’t deliver on them either. Orders placed on these days ship the next business day:

Our warehouse is also closed the day after Thanksgiving. From mid-November into early January, heavier carrier volume can add one to three days to delivery.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Research Use and Shipping Disclaimer
Everything Spartan Peptides sells is for in vitro laboratory research only. Our products aren’t for human or veterinary use, and they aren’t drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They haven’t been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You must be at least 21 to purchase, and you agree to our terms and conditions at checkout. You’re also responsible for knowing and following any federal, state, or local laws that apply to receiving research compounds at your shipping address.
We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order, including any order that suggests the products will be used for something other than lab research. Shipping rates, carriers, and transit times can change without notice. The policy in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
